The Fasting Rules of the Orthodox Church during the Feast days.

According to the Church Charter, on the holidays of the Nativity of Christ and the Epiphany, which occurred on Wednesday and Friday, there is no fasting. On Christmas Eve and Epiphany and on the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and the Beheading of the Head of John the Baptist, food with vegetable oil is allowed. On the holidays of The Meeting of Our Lord, Transfiguration of the Lord, The Dormition of Our Most Holy Lady the Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary, Christmas and The Protection of Our Most Holy Lady, The Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos into the Temple, the Nativity of John the Baptist, the Apostles Peter and Paul, John the Evangelist, which happened on Wednesday and Friday, and also from Easter to the Trinity on Wednesday and Friday fish allowed.
